Interview Questionnaire

Phase one involved the development and dissemination of an online interview questionnaire. This intervention tool requested the answering of 44 questions from each participant using the google forms platform. This online format was used in-lieu of a one-on-one interview for the sake of time and convenience of the participating individuals. This data collection tool presented questions that pertained to the participates background and a few demographics that were to be considered for this study. The interview questions were designed to do the following:

1. Gather info about existing funding rules (policies, procedures, ordinances)

2. Access current knowledge of alternative funding opportunities

3. Develop a list of funding/resources for public projects

This allowed for the development of baselines of current knowledge for the three areas mentioned above.
